Want to add some variety to your Pilates workout? In this 50 minute Full Body Pilates Class, you can enhance your workout with a simple prop you have available in your home right now… a small towel!
If you haven’t yet done a pilates with props workout, then you’re missing out! Grab a rectangular hand or kitchen towel, and see how this prop adds variation and deeper connection to many of the pilates exercises you already know and love. Plus, you’ll see some new exercises in here too! In this 60 minute full body pilates workout, we’ll move through core exercises for strength and stability, as well as improve strength and mobility for the whole body, including the legs, glutes, arms and back.
This is a perfect at home workout when you have a full hour just for you. Feel the difference in your mind and body from start to finish.
If possible, please place your mat on a hard surface such as hardwood floor or tile, since we’ll be sliding the towel along the floor for some of the exercises. If carpet is all you have, no worries! All of the sliding exercises can be done without a towel, and I will call out those variations during the workout.
