New Delhi, Nov 19 (ANI): Delhi Police busted an interstate gang of car lifters and recovered 21 cars. 14 stolen cars were recovered from insurgency-hit areas in Manipur. “Kalias Satta who is operating from Dubai could be the kingpin behind the gang,” according to Amit Goel, Additional Commissioner of Police, South-West District.
