This MOD modifies a large number of enemy and item configurations, adds previously unexplored areas from the original version, adjusts weapon attributes, and introduces more weapons, bringing you a brand new Resident Evil 4 gaming experience.

Neon Slice plays Berserker mod in Resident Evil 4 Remake, very similar to Nightmare mod and Inferno mod, re4r berserker is an amazing way to have a new experience in Biohazard RE:4.
RE4 Remake Berserker mod is to be installed via the Fluffy Mod Manager on a brand new install of Resident Evil 4 (2023) with NO OTHER MODS installed. This mod is not officially supported by Capcom and it can only be played on PC. It is not available on PlayStation or Xbox.
