A simple way to flash an LED using only 4 components:
- 1x SPDT 5V relay
- 1x 1kΩ resistor
- 1x LED
- 1x 2200uF electrolytic capacitor

Requires a low voltage (5V) power source.

The oscillation rate can be easily adjusted by substituting a capacitor with a different value. The clicking of the of the relay is pretty satisfying together with the flashing of the LED :)
