The Ozark Trail 29-inch Ridge Mountain Bike - a bike I have been desperate to get ahold of - arrived damaged during FedEx shipping. Previously, these were only available in-store (and not in any stores around me,) so I was happy to see one available for shipping after the review unit I was sent arrived badly damaged. Sadly, this one too arrives with a bent hanger and a slightly tweaked (albeit less so than the first) derailleur cage.
I spent $435.xx on this. It's frustrating to have something new arrive already in need of repairs. SO.....I have made the decision to return this and wait out finding one on the rack so I can inspect it BEFORE purchase - unless parts to repair the first unit arrive before then.
