Sev Tameta Sabzi Recipe -
Ingredients -
3 tblsps Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
1 medium onion finely chopped (approx. 1/2 cup)
1/4 tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
Lasun Chutney (grind 3 big garlic cloves,1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, 1/4 tsp Jeera, 1 pinch salt, 1/2 tsp Oil)
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder)
1 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder (Dhaniya Powder)
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder (Jeera Powder)
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
2 big Tomatoes chopped (roasted with a fork and skin peeled off)
1 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
1 tsp Sugar
1 cup water
1 green Chilli chopped
50 gram Moti Sev
2 tblsps Coriander Leaves
Enjoy it hot with Bajra, Jowar or Wheat Roti 😊
