These beautiful pink sapphire faceted rondelle beads are stunning; they have a colour range from delicate ruby pink to pink with purplish hues. Each bead has carefully cut facets which emphasise their colour and beauty. Pink sapphires are considered to have the most unique and precious colour of all the sapphires and it's not hard to see why. Sapphires have a hardness of 9 on the Mohs scale (the third hardest mineral after the diamond at 10 and moissanite at 9.5) making them an ideal precious gemstone to use in jewellery making. We would recommend using 0.5mm thread or wire with these as they are designed to be strung on a thread so the holes are quite small.
