The MONTCALM Hotel, London. Full tour including the London CHRISTMAS LIGHTS
This hotel comes highly recommended on TripAdvisor so thought I would give it a go.
It's in a great location and the staff are all great.
On arrival our room was not ready so we went for a walk, the room was then still not ready so they gave us Prosecco in the lobby area.
The room (we were upgraded) was nice but felt a little dated. The bed was good with the star lights. The TV felt very old and kept losing the signal then at 2am when sleeping it switched itself on!
One of the lightbulbs was out and the hot tap in the bathroom was not working. It has potential but when paying top dollar you expect everything in the room to be working.
