Welcome to this Astral Projection | Hypnosis to Have an Out of Body Experience. This guided meditation is designed to help you astral travel with ease. It will help you strengthen your resolve and knowing of just how easy it is to go beyond the physical body and have an out of body experience (OBE or OOBE).

Astral Projection | Hypnosis to Have an Out of Body Experience

This hypnosis script has been largely inspired by William Buhlman's work. I am recording it here with his express permission and would like to extend my deep gratitude to him for allowing me to share it with you in this way.

Please note this astral projection meditation will bring you back to a waking state.

It is intended to help you know and understand how easily you can separate from your physical body. Your physical body is only a vehicle for your awareness - only one vehicle of many which you possess. My intention is that you see and know for yourself how you can leave your physical body with complete ease, complete safety, whenever you wish.

This is astral travel meditation technique uses gamma waves (binaural beats) in the background and is most effective with headphones.
