Our presenters will introduce you to an amazing tool developed by the Financial Rights Legal Centre called the Motor Vehicle Accidents Problem Solver. The tool asks you to answer a few questions – for example, about who was at fault in the accident and whether you were insured, and then it tells you what steps you can take to help resolve the legal issue, it can even create a template letter for you to send to the other party involved in the accident or to an insurer.
