Today I give Bachan's Japanese BBQ sauce a try. I picked this up at Costco. In this video I used it as a marinade on some flank steak. Flank steak is one of my favorite things to marinade. It did a good job and I'm still trying to figure out exactly what this unique taste reminds me of. This can also be used as a dipping sauce. This is where the flavor really pops. Give it a try and tell me what you think of it.
