Hey everyone! Welcome back to Routes and Feet!
Our day started in the serene town of Tawang, where we first visited the magnificent Tawang Monastery, the largest in India, radiating peace and spirituality. Next, we stopped by the iconic Buddha Statue in Tawang, a symbol of harmony and faith, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the valley.
From there, we headed towards the pristine PTSO Lake, surrounded by snow-capped mountains and untouched natural beauty. The journey continued as we crossed the adventurous Y Junction, leading us to the enchanting Madhuri Lake (Sangestar Tso), a true gem of Arunachal Pradesh, known for its cinematic charm and tranquil waters.
The highlight of our day was the thrilling off-road expedition to the Lungrola Pass, where we finally conquered its rugged terrain and soaked in the majestic views from the top.
