Nine people were arraigned in Court and charged with the murder of Assistant Inspector of Police John Micheal Ariong. The 9 appeared before the Nakawa Magistrate's Court. Ariong died on Wednesday during what police termed as an illegal procession by opposition leaders in Kampala after he was allegedly hit with a stone.
