In a move that is beyond callous, Ted Cruz heads to warm and sunny Cancun while Texas struggles with an emergency that leaves Cruz's constituents without power, heat or water. What's worse, Cruz uses precious Houston Police Department resources to assist him in his trip to the airport AND he later blames his daughter for wanting to go to Cancun, claiming that he was just "trying to be a good dad."
