The 12th annual Brandon Tartikoff Legacy Award reception will be held during NATPE 2015, on Wednesday, January 21 from 6 - 8pm at the Fontainebleau Resort, Miami Beach.
Named in honor of Brandon Tartikoff, arguably one of the medium’s greatest programmers whose imprint on the television industry will be viewed forever, the Brandon Tartikoff Legacy Award was created to recognize a select group of television professionals who exhibit extraordinary passion, leadership, independence and vision in the process of creating television programming and in evoking the spirit of Tartikoff’s generosity.

Gustavo Cisneros
For more than four decades, Cisneros has led one of the world’s largest privately held media, entertainment, telecommunications and consumer products organizations that focuses on broadcast television, television production, consumer products and real estate. The company delivers some of the most recognized brands to 550 million Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking consumers in the Americas and Europe. A member of the board of directors of Barrick Gold Corporation, he is also a senior advisor for RRE Ventures LLC, a charter member of the UN Information and Communication Technologies Task Force, and a member of Haiti’s Presidential Advisory Council on Economic Growth and Investment.
Adriana Cisneros
Adriana Cisneros is the CEO and Vice Chairman of Cisneros. Adriana is CEO and Vice-Chairman of Cisneros. Cisneros is a global leader in media, entertainment, e-commerce and real estate development. Adriana is the granddaughter of the organization’s founder, Diego Cisneros, and the daughter of its Chairman, Gustavo Cisneros.
As a third-generation leader at Cisneros, Adriana is focused on developing new lines of business, establishing global strategic alliances, generating content across all multimedia platforms and extending the company’s international reach. In her previous role as Director of Strategy, she made her mark by leading the company’s digital initiatives, establishing RedMas and Adsmovil as leading online and mobile ad networks in the Americas.
Adriana is the CEO of Tropicalia, a luxury real estate development in the Dominican Republic and is also President of the Fundación Cisneros, a non-profit organization founded by the family that strives to improve education in Latin America and foster global awareness of the region´s heritage and its contribution to world culture.
Adriana is the founding chair of Endeavor Miami and a member of the Executive Committee and Director of the International Emmy’s. At MoMA she is on the board of PS1 and the Latin American and Caribbean Acquisition Fund (LACF). She is also on the board of the Los Angeles Philharmonic and the Georgetown University Latin American Board; and serves as a term member of the Council of Foreign Relations.
Adriana holds a BA from Columbia University (2002) and a Master’s Degree in journalism from New York University (2005). She is also a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Program for Leadership Development (PLD – 2010).

NATPE’s Brandon Tartikoff Legacy Award is presented each year at a special reception during the annual NATPE Market & Conference. Held in association with Broadcasting & Cable and Multichannel News, the Legacy Award honorees are selected by NATPE’s Executive Committee with input from the editorial staffs of the two trade publications.
