Hello there. Happy #Wednesday everyone.

It's back to business as usual as NS 24A this past Monday the day after Chrismas had a neat power set so I elected to try to get it before work. Ended up seeing it and two other trains that morning at Edgewood Ave in Macon, GA. This video features that NS 24A (See Previous video for the NS 291 I caught before NS 24A passed me - Link Below) that had an NS SD70ACC with a foul K5LA horn and a BNSF SD70ACe-P4 for power. The 3rd train that passed by after NS 24A went by me will be a separate video.

0:00 Train #2: NS 24A (Ex NS 248/214) - NS SD70ACC 1818 (Rebuilt from NS SD70 2522 by Progress Rail - Muncie, IN) and BNSF SD70ACe-P4 8502 lead a northbound intermodal train by Edgewood Ave in Macon, GA destined for Inman Yard in Atlanta, GA. Filmed on December 26th, 2022. GOOF: Slightly backlit.

Notes: BNSF 8502 is the 2nd SD70ACe-P4 I've seen today with the first one I've seen being BNSF 8509 trailing 2nd of 3 on NS 188 back in February 2022. The SD70ACe-P4 is the ES44C4 equivalent of the SD70ACe with one of the 3 axles being an idler axle and two others being the powered ones. BNSF 8502 came south a few days prior as one of the two Mid-DPUs on NS 175.
