~Ingredients~
Measuring cup- 200ml
Cake tin- 6 inch diameter
All purpose flour- 2 cups or 300g approx
Sugar- 1 cup or 200g
Refined oil- 1/2 cup or 100ml
Lukewarm milk- 1 cup + 1/4 cup or 250ml
Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
Baking powder- 2 tsp
Baking soda- 1/4 tsp
Vinegar- 2 tsp
Milk Powder (Optional)- 4 tbsp
Chocolate Spread and sprinkles for decoration
