I myself had used infusible ink cricut brand heat tape for this project, but I would suggest an adhesive spray to be used instead to preventing your image from shifting and producing the same eye ghosting results shown here in the video end result.

Tip: The keywheb young adhesive spray is to use a light mist and clean your nozzle afterward to prevent access build-up in the spray nozzle.
