The JEM International Falcon NWD is a high speed net weigh bagging system designed for small open mouth bags and container weights from 1 lb. to 20 lbs. (1/2 -10kg). The scale is offered with a Simplex single head capable of producing 15 weighments per minute, a Duplex double head capable of producing up to 26 weighments per minute and a Triplex triple head capable of producing 35 weighments per minute.

The Falcon NWD includes a gravity gate feeder with pant leg diverter to an Eriez electromagnetic vibratory pan feeder. The system includes your choice of a .4 or 1.0 cubic foot capacity weigh hopper and lower product transition. Various spout types and spout sizes are available as well as an auger feeder for flours, powders and other fluidic products. All systems include a single point compression load cell and digital controller package with memory retained recipe codes, JEM‐Link data and troubleshooting connection, auto‐jog feature and multi‐scale screen.
