(1 Aug 2019) The second female baby panda born in Malaysia has been named on Thursday at the National Zoo Kuala Lumpur.
The panda was named Yi Yi, meaning "friendship."
She was born 14 January 2018.
Yi Yi and other pandas at the zoo are part of China's Giant Panda International Conservation Project.
The project was formed to mark the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Malaysia and China.
