Edit - A new updated cistern now means the blue isolator tap that is placed inside the cistern with both the cold feed braided hoses goes on the opposite side to what is demonstrated in this video.

1 bar mains water supply pressure is required.
The red washers on the braided hoses are the ends to connect to the white water splitter.
Water feed can enter the toilet from left or right and at what ever height the existing water supply in the property demands.
