The EUHEALTH project – Europeanisation and Health Care Systems in
the European Union – aims to disseminate advanced skills in European healthcare and public health governance among Indian health experts. Training Indian young and future health managers, the mission is to favor the international exchange of ideas on public governance and universal health coverage. Due to its innovative nature, EUHEALTH has been selected and co-financed by the Jean Monnet Action of the Erasmus+ programme. Through the Jean Monnet action, the European Commission select and promotes the most advanced teaching and research activities investigating the impact of the European integration process. At Chitkara University Punjab, the project has been ideated and implemented as a joint initiative between the Chitkara Spaak Centre for Multidisciplinary European Studies and the Doctoral Research Centre – Chitkara School of Health Science.
