Today on Arizona Horizon, we look at personal finances, utility rates, and a new exhibit at the Musical Instrument Museum.
Public policies significantly impact personal finances by influencing factors like tax rates, interest rates, access to healthcare, unemployment benefits, and overall economic stability, directly affecting how much disposable income individuals have, their ability to save, invest, and manage debt, essentially shaping their financial planning decisions across various aspects of life. Jay Spector, Co-CEO and partner of EverVest Financial, joins us to discuss.
On November 8, MIM unveiled a new exhibit called: Stradivarius and the Golden Age of Violins and Guitars. The exhibit showcases more than 70 exceptional string instruments and bows crafted by master luthiers such as Antonio Stradivari, Andrea Amati, and Giuseppe Guarneri “del Gesù.” This one-of-a-kind exhibition includes violins, guitars, lutes, and bows from the 16th to 19th centuries—many of which have never been publicly displayed before. MIM's curator of European instruments, Matt Zeller, joins us.
