A while back, I noticed a BUNCH of sprouts coming out of the worm bin (hehe...wonder why?!) at the office. After doing a little digging, I found out they were all the potato skins I put in the worm bins several weeks ago.
I don't know about you, but I find it quite interesting that we plant whole/halves/thirds/and or fourths of potatoes, but I've never heard of somebody eating the inside, and planting the skins. Looks like it could be a viable option.
Anybody else ever tried this?
God Bless,
Wayne
