This is how to make the best rich and crunchy Nigerian chinchin
Ingredients
*1 full paint rubber flour (24 cups)
*8 eggs
*3 & 1/2 pack of margarine (800 grams)
*1 cup powder milk
*1/2 - 1 cup milk flavour (optional.. you can replace with normal milk powder
*4 cup sugar
*4 tspn salt
*2 tsp baking powder
800 ml Liquid milk or water (or just measure 56 tbpsn) you can also use evaporated milk
*4 tspn nutmeg powder
You can double or divide the ingredients depending on the quantity you are making.
