Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the Hyderabad Metro at the Miyapur station today. The Prime Minister, along with Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, later took the first ride on the metro, which will start operations from Wednesday. In the first phase, the metro will operate on a 30-km section between Miyapur and Nagole.
