Upon Arrival you will be greeted by your Service advisor who will gather info about you and your vehicle and confirm the reason for your appointment.
Once checked in, we then take a moment to walk around your vehicle checking your tires, lights, fluid levels and discuss any concerns we may have observed
Your service advisor will then provide you with a brochure explaining the next steps.
Our experienced and qualified technician will then do a preliminary inspection on the important components of your vehicle including; tire depth, brake measurements, lighting system, belts and hoses and offering you a video inspection of the vehicle including any other pertinent information about your vehicle’s health. The technician will also review any initial concerns that may have been noted by the service advisor.
The most exciting part about our new service experience is the live video report you are going to receive. This is going to give you comprehensive look at anything that needs to be fixed or addressed on your vehicle.
Once you’ve reviewed the video, you may authorize completion through the mobile service or by calling us.
