내일부터 대선 재외투표 시작
Overseas voting for the presidential election starts Wednesday.
According to the National Election Commission, registered Korean nationals based overseas can cast their ballots at 2-hundred-19 polling stations in 1-hundred-15 countries.
Voting will take place between 8 AM and 5 PM, through February 28th.
Voters must show photo ID such as a passport to cast their ballots.
More than 2-hundred-26-thousand South Korean citizens are registered but there will be no absentee voting in Ukraine due to the escalating tensions in that country.
