Method: 1. bring a pot of water to a boil, add 1 tsp of salt and 1 tbsp of oil; blanch the Gai lan for about 1 min, then remove from the pot and soak in cold water; 2. Heat a pan over high temperature, add 2 tbsp of oil and quickly stir fry Gan lan for about 1 min and remove from the pan; 3.
