This is the first episode in a series dedicated to mini-scale LEGO modular buildings that are built in an area space of 12 studs (W) x 16 studs (D).
All the buildings are MiniFig-scale and are perfect projects if you do not have to space or size for full-sized modular buildings.
This episode focuses on modifying the Corner Deli (31050) into a mini-modular building.
