This video covers a few tips for removing, swapping or re-installing cylinder heads on the 22RE and then how to approach re-installing the camshaft timing gear and making sure the timing chain is good to go. This also applies to swapping from the factory camshaft sprocket to the LCE adjustable camshaft sprocket. As long as you aren't tearing apart the short block, you can accurately re-time the motor without having to fully pull off the front timing cover (so long as you aren't replacing the timing chain itself).
