1. Roti Jala Batter
- 250gm Maida
- Coconut Milk/ Milk
- Salt
- Coconut Oil/ Oil
- Turmeric
- Take Maida in Bowl
- Add Salt, Oil & Turmeric
- Mix well
- Add Coconut Milk little by little & make a runny batter out of it

2. Stuffing
- Chicken / Paneer
- Marinate with Salt & Black Paper for 15 minutes
- For Gravy
- Heat a pan add Chopped Garlic & Green Chillies
- Cook till Garlic & Chilies become golden brown
- Add Onion & Capsicum & Saute it well
- Add Soya, Chilli & Schezwan Sauce
- Finish with Sugar & Salt
- Gravy is Ready
- In same pan Cook Chicken / Paneer
- After that add the Gravy
- Finish with White Sesame seeds & Spring Onion

3. Roti Jala
- In a Squeezy bottle or Normal bottle fill the batter
- Make the Roti like shown in the video
- Roti is ready
- Add the stuffing & enjoy the dish.
