Gamers Nexus went full on infiltration mode and had to undergo a TERRIBLE RMA process from Asus. This reflects what many other customers have experienced with them along with this "legacy" that Asus has been portraying. However... I think this goes sooo much deeper than just Asus, because what company would be a better alternative? It's like picking the better of two evils. Question is... how do we make this process actually get better???
