This is how I use him and I get super good results with him. Please excuse my English because its not the best.

Why i use CD/HEALTH mods is because i want him to do high damage on his 2nd ultimate rather then relying on having higher relic ”teammates” so LV gets more mastery from them (if they survive that long).

I also sometimes modd him for more speed and protection (mentions in the video) but then i find him to do less damage and sometimes even lose because of that.

You are welcome to think i am wrong and i don’t know what im talking about but this is my personal experience and i have tried everything and i found this to be both effective and fun at the same time. Its a game after all ;)
