Following Supreme Court's strong remarks on action for any delay in clearing trasnfer & appointment of judges, Union Law Minister Kiren Rijiju on Sunday said,'Public is the master of this country. We are servants. We are all here for service & the Constitution is our guide.' He added,'The Country will be governed under the guidance of the constitution & wishes of the public, nobody can give warning to anyone.'
