METHOD 1: Cocoa Powder
INGREDIENTS: Makes 4 1/2 Cups
500g Unsalted Softened Butter
1 Can (395g) Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
2 Tablespoons Boiling Water (from Kettle)

METHOD 2: Melted Chocolate
INGREDIENTS: Makes 4 Cups
500g Unsalted Butter - Softened
1 Can (400g) Sweetened Condensed Milk - room temp
1/2 Cup Melted Dark Chocolate - (I used Cadbury Old Gold - use when warm)
Use a Chocolate you enjoy eating :-)

Makes Approximately 4.5 Cups

3/4 Cup Powdered Hot Chocolate Mix - Any brand any flavour
