Preparation is very simple. Preparation time 10 minutes, and then each 6 cookies take 12 minutes in the oven.
Ingredients:
2 egg whites, 100g granulated sugar, 100g flour, 1.5 tablespoon starch, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, 3 tablespoons water, half a teaspoon vanilla extract, half a teaspoon almond extract, pinch of salt
Recipe:
whisk egg whites until stiff, then fold in rest of ingredients.
spread batter on a baking sheet, making 10 cm round circles, then put in over at 150 C for 12 minutes. Take one cookie from oven at a time, you must work fast while the cookies are hot.
