1. Grated Coconut - 1 cup
2. Dry Red Chilli - 10 numbers
3. Shallots/Onion - 4 shallots (if taking onion - 1/4)
4. Curry Leaves - few
5. Salt - to taste
6. Water - to grind it smooth
Grind.
1. Coconut Oil - 2 tbsp
Heat Coconut Oil.
2. Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Splutter Mustard Seeds.
3. Dry Red Chilli - 3
Saute a minute.
4. Shallots/Onion - 3 shallots ( if taking onion - 1/4 )
5. Curry Leaves - few
Sauté till it turns light golden.
Add Chutney & switch off the flame.
Do not boil this.
6. Water - 1/2 cup
7. Salt - to taste
Take water in the mixie jar & add it.
Add required salt and give it a mix.
