Hi Everyone! I wanted to show you all my recipe for beets (this is literally the best beet juice I've ever made). Beets are a true superfood and is good for so much!!
Recipe:
2 Large Beets
1 Pineapple
2 lbs Carrots
1 Large Lemon
1-2 Inches of Ginger
I encourage you to do your own research for beets but they are powerful and can do so much, but here is a little info about the ingredients.
-Beets: contain iron which can support healthy blood levels, they can lower blood pressure and support a healthy heart, they can prevent eye issues such as macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy
-Carrots: Help with skin and eye health
-Pineapple: Contains Vitamin C for immunity, aids in digestion, and may help reduce inflammation
