Excellent and very detailed large format early 20th century city plan. Key at lower left identifies swamps, poor and good wagon roads, tramway lines, cultivated land, churches, police stations, rice fields, bamboo patches, etc.
Light uniform paper age toning, original fold lines, short closed tear at lower left side near top of original inset tab, remaining clean - a pleasing and well preserved visual example.
Sheet measures c. 31" x 22 1/2".
Printed area measures c. 29" x 21 3/8".
