3 / eggs
A pinch of salt
75g / granulated sugar (1/3cup)
8g / vanilla sugar (1tsp)
Beat the eggs until fluffy for 3-4 minutes.
150g / cake flour (1cup)
10g / baking powder(2Tbsp)
100g / melted butter (6,5Tbsp)
Mix well, until the batter smooth.
3 / apples
2Tbsp / sugar
1tsp / cinammon powder
Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C / (356 ° F) for about 45 minutes!
Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
