Germany, France and the U.K. have asked the European Union to trigger what’s known as the dispute mechanism after Iran announced it refused to obey the agreement outlined in its nuclear deal. The nuclear deal, also known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, is a 2015 agreement between Iran Britain, China, France, Russia, Germany and up until 2018, the U.S.
