The Pyrenees, a mountain range along the France-Spain border, stretches nearly 500km and reaches heights of up to 3404 meters at Aneto peak.
Despite being so close to my hometown, these mountains remained an undiscovered treasure to me for many years. But a few years ago, I discovered there was an incredible place close to home waiting to be explored. From my very first hike, I was captivated by the valleys, flowing rivers, lakes, and peaks in this region.
Since then, I've explored many corners of the Pyrenees, capturing moments willed with joy, facing challenges, and celebrating summits reached, often shared with incredible people I've met along the way.
In this video, I share some scenes from this journey — a journey that taught me we often overlook the beauty right in front of us...and one that leads many more paths to explore and adventures ahead.
