You'll need:
1 medium size tilapia
1 medium size tomatoe,cubes
1 thumb size ginger,chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 medium size red onion,chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. lemon or calamansi juice
1 tbsp. melted butter
Dipping sauce:
light soy sauce
lemon or calamansi juice
chopped red chillies
Bake at 200°c for 25-30 minutes
