Sadr Class Highway (Seyed Mohammad Baqer Sadr, former name: Dougal Highway) is a two-story highway located in the north of Tehran, which has an east-west direction. In the north of this highway are Aqdasiyeh, Farmaniyeh, Kamraniyeh, Qeytariyeh, Chizar and Elahieh neighborhoods and in the south of it are Ekhtiariyeh, Gholhak and Zargandeh neighborhoods. This highway starts from Imam Ali Highway from the east and continues to Modares Highway and Niayesh Tunnel in the west. The eastern extension of this highway is renamed Shahid Babaei Highway and passes through Lavizan Forest Park and continues to the eastern end of Tehran and reaches Firoozkooh Road. This highway separates District 1 of Tehran Municipality from Districts 3 and 4 of Tehran.


This highway extended from the beginning of the revolution until 1369 to the intersection of Qeytariyeh (Pirooz Square), then in the period of 1367-72, with the completion of executive operations and the construction of three underpasses named Kamaranieh, Shahid Doquz (Dadbakhsh) and Shahid Dastavareh (Masoumi) Boulevard The non-level intersection on Pasdaran Street was connected to Nobniad Square in June 1972.
