Baking powder
Potato Starch

Sauce:
Mt Dew Zero
Franks Red Hot
Butter
Marinate chicken for an hour or overnight
Dry chicken then coat in a flour, baking powder, potato starch, and garlic powder mixture. Dip in egg then coat in crushed doritos.
Fry on medium heat ****for 5-7 min and fry it a second time on high heat for 2-3 min until golden brown. Cover in Sauce!
