I used to use lifters every day for every training session. They definitely helped me perform better in my sessions but they cost me a lot in the way of mobility and joint health - areas I now put a ton of love into in my Persist program.
I used to have chronic knee and back issues. Then I decided to get out of my lifters and into more barefoot shoes like @vivobarefoot. Additionally, I've started to incorporate more barefoot walking and movement in my life.
People like @thebarefootsprinter are making a huge difference in their education on barefoot training!
