The Caribbean Development Bank commissioned in 2021 this trio of inter-linked videos on Financial Oversight as part of the Public Expenditure Scrutiny for Members of Parliament (MPs) Project. The webinar series and these videos are designed to support parliamentarians fulfil their key budgetary and financial oversight responsibilities. The aim is to ensure that MPs are better positioned when conducting or supporting financial scrutiny and to link such scrutiny to social development issues, using inclusive budgeting techniques

Using the National Budget Cycle for Best Effect: This video will demonstrate how Parliaments and Parliamentarians can better influence the budget process for the benefit of citizens. It will also highlight relevant international good practices.
