In order to pass the level 2 Functional Skills Reading exam you need to be able to read and summarise information and ideas from different sources. In plain English what that means is that you must be able to take two texts and say how they are similar (or different) using short quotations from the texts. This video explains the question (usually question 10) and gives you a possible technique with which to answer it. As the question is worth 5 marks it is really important that you know how to approach this question in the exam!
