DESPITE domestication of violence against Persons Prohibition (VAPP ACT), signed in 2019 by President Muhammadu Buhari, cases of Sexual and Gender-based Violence, SGBV are on the increase with those saddled with the responsibility of checking the scourge doing nothing to stop and protect those affected. The ICIR reports the travail of victims of SGBV during the #COVID-19 lockdown.
